We are happy to offer childcare services to assist you in achieving your fitness goals. We ask that you adhere to the following policies regarding our childcare room so that we can best care for your children. Spaces are limited so please be mindful when scheduling. We adhere to a 12-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for the spot(s) you reserve, unless they are canceled before the 12-hour window. While we wish we could accommodate everyone, space in the childcare room is limited. We do appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Please make reservations through the MindBody system so that we can ensure adequate staffing and to guarantee your child’s spot.
- Hours of Operation: Please refer to the online schedule for a current child care schedule. Hours of operation are dependent upon the class times, client demand, and caretaker availability, among other things, and may change without notice. If there is not at least one child registered for the child care roomin advance, it is subject to cancellation. Please refer to the current schedule if you plan to be a “walk-in” to make sure that child care is still available.
- Rate: $5 per class per child.
- Age: We welcome children from 12 weeks (minimum) to 12 years old.
- Maximum stay: Two consecutive classes maximum per visit.
- On your child’s first visit, we require the parent or guardian to fill out an information sheet on the child and to sign a liability release form. Please allow enough time for this prior to the start of your class.
- The parent or guardian must remain on site during the time of your child’s stay with us, and we must be notified of where you will be during your stay with us. If a child is inconsolable, the parent will be notified and is responsible for departing their scheduled class and tending to their child.
- Please bring your ID with you and be prepared to present it at drop-off and pick-up.
- Sign in and sign out your child(ren) with each visit.
- If possible, please feed your child before bringing him/her to our facility.
- Food and beverages other than water are not allowed in the childcare room. Please label all sippy cups.
- Please refrain from bringing your child to the childcare room if he/she has had in the last 24 hours, a fever, heavy nasal discharge, diarrhea or upset stomach, persistent cough, unusual rash, or any other serious illness(es).
- Please bring all diapers, wipes, diaper creams or ointments, a change of clothes, and pacifier if your child may need these items. Please make sure they are properly labeled. A fee of $2 will be added if we must use the diapers from our supply.
- Children will not be allowed to leave the childcare room except to visit the restroom, for a water break if no other option is available, or in the event of an emergency.
How to create an account for your child(ren):
- Log in to your MindBody Account
- Click on “My Info” and then click on “Profile”
- Under the Family Members box, click on “Add Family Member.”
- Enter your child’s information, their relationship to you, and be sure to click “Yes” under “Paid for by…”
- Click “Save.”
- Repeat above steps for any additional child(ren).
How to reserve a spot for your child(ren):
- Log in to your MindBody account, click on the “Child Care” tab, find the time you wish to use our ChildCare services, and click on the “Sign Up Now” button.
- • Once you have clicked on “Sign up Now,” click on “Make a Single Reservation- child’s name.”
- Repeat the above steps for any additional child(ren).
- Be sure to purchase “child care” session(s) under each child’s name in
order to reserve that particular child’s space in the childcare room. Please note that you will have to purchase sessions under each child’s name if you have more than one. - An alternate way to purchase sessions is to create the “relationship” for the child under your account first, then schedule them. This will prompt you to purchase child care sessions.
- PLEASE NOTE: You are not able to schedule your child(ren) through your Body Factory or MindBody Connect app. Please be sure to use an Internet Browser on your PC, tablet, or smart phone.
How to cancel a spot for your child(ren):
- In order to cancel your child’s reservation, you MUST log-in as your child. A password will be assigned upon your child’s first visit to the child care room.
