FAQ

How do I create an account?

  • Click on the BOOK A CLASS tab and you will be directed to MindBody.  In the upper right hand corner click the Sign up! button and follow the instructions.

How do I register for classes?

  • Log in to your MindBody account, find the class you want to take on the schedule, and click on the “Sign Up Now” button.

What if I need to cancel my class?

  • No problem! We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.  That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before the class’s start time.
  • If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your MindBody account, go to My Info, click My Schedule, and click Cancel next to the class time.
  • If you cancel within 12 hours of your reservation, it is considered a late cancel.  Contract clients will incur a $12 late cancel fee, and clients with a session package will lose that session.  There will be no exceptions.

What happens if I miss a class?

  • Contract clients will incur a $18 no show charge.  Clients with a session package will lose that session.

What if I have an emergency come up and can’t make class?

  • While we do understand that emergencies can occur, we have to stick to our 12 hour cancellation policy.

Can I add myself to multiple wait lists on the same day?

  • Yes, you can add yourself to more than one wait list.  However, if you get added into multiple classes it is your responsibility to watch your emails and/or text and cancel the classes you do not want to attend.  If you end up scheduled for multiple classes on the same day and do not cancel before the 12 hour mark, the late cancel/no show policy will apply.

What if I’m on a wait list and don’t get into a class….can I still schedule if a spot comes available?

  • Yes, remember, the wait list stops adding in clients 1 hours before the class starts.  Spots tend to come available right before the start of a class, so be on the lookout and schedule the class if a spot opens up.

How can I receive a text to let me know I’ve gotten into a class from the wait list instead of an email?

  • Log into your Body Factory account and update your cell phone number under the MY INFO tab.  It is located in the Personal section.
  • Select YES to subscribe to email reminders and notifications.
  • Select your notification preference–text, email, or  text AND email.
  • Select your Mobile Provider.
  • SAVE your changes!

How early should I arrive?

  • We recommend arriving at least five minutes before your class starts.
  • If it is your first class, however, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.  If you do not arrive 15 minutes before class, you will not be able to attend that class and will have to reschedule.

What if I’m pregnant?

  • Clients who have been regularly attending classes may continue working out with us as long as we have received signed approval from your doctor.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • For new clients, please contact us at the studio to discuss your options.

Do you have locker rooms and/or showers?

  • We do not have locker rooms, but there are bathrooms and changing rooms available for you if you need to change and/or freshen up.
  • Each studio room has cubbies and benches for you to place your belongings during class.

Do you have water?

  • Yes, we have a water fountain for you to fill your water bottle up.

What should I wear?

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in much like you would wear to a gym.For
  • Lagree classes, we ask that you wear grip socks. We have grip socks available for purchase in the studio.
  • For Climb classes, please wear tennis shoes
  • Please do not wear jewelry as it can get caught on the equipment.

How old do you have to be to take a Body Factory class?

  • 14 years or older.  If you’re under 18, we require a signature from a parent or guardian before your first class.
