Note: On limited contracts, you will be charged for any additional classes taken over the number specified by your contract.

Please note that after the final month of unlimited contracts, membership will renew on a month-to-month basis and can be discontinued at any time. To cancel a contract, please email us at info@bodyfactorylft.com at least 3 days prior to your monthly renewal date. Renewal date is based on original purchase date, which can be viewed under your account details section.

WAITLIST FEATURE
- If the class you’d like to take is full, you have the option to put yourself on the waitlist.
- The waitlist is effective until 2 hour prior to class start time (Excluding the classes that start before 7AM. The waitlist with close 12 hours before the classes from 5AM to 7AM). If a spot becomes available, you will be added to the class and will receive an email and/or text notification.
- When the waitlist closes (2 hour before class time), anyone is able to book that class should a spot become available.
POLICY
- If you are attending your first class, you must arrive ten to fifteen minutes early.
- If there is not at least two people registered for a class two hours prior to the scheduled time, it will be canceled. Classes starting between the hours of 5:00 and 9:30 am will be canceled the night before.
- We adhere to a 12-hour CANCELLATION POLICY. We require 12 hours notice for any cancelations or changes in order to avoid late fees and penalties. Session members will lose that session, and Contract members will be charged a $12 fee for “late cancels” and a $18 fee for “no shows.” There will be no exceptions!
- Purchased sessions cannot be transferred to another client.
- If you are registered for a specific class but want to attend at another time, we cannot switch your class for you.
- Grip socks must be worn in all SRT classes. If you do not have grip socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio. Tennis shoes must be worn in Climb classes.
- To respect your instructors and fellow clients, please no cell phones at your workout stations.
- Classes and instructors are subject to change at short notice.
- Clients who have been regularly attending classes prior to becoming pregnant may continue working out with us as long as we have received signed approval from your doctor. New clients who are pregnant, please email us at info@bodyfactorylft.comto discuss your options.
*REMINDER FOR CLIENTS WITH A CONTRACT: Please do not repurchase your contract every month. The system will automatically renew and charge the card on file. If at any time you need to stop payment or switch contracts, please send us an email at least 3 days before your auto renew date and we will stop or switch it for you. There will be a 15% service charge for refunding your purchase of multiple purchased contracts.
